Application Engineer (Sales Engineer - HDD)

Work outline: Responsible for SALES (Application) ENGINEEER FOR Hard disc drive components parts<1)Spindle motor2)base plate3)pivot >
Duties & Responsibilities:
Identifies current and future customer service requirements.
Provides product, service, or equipment technical or desiging and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
Prepares cost estimates by studying blueprints, plans, and related customer documents; consulting with engineers, architects, and other professional and technical personnel.
Prepares sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information, engineering, application trends, and trouble report..
Have to handle SQE from client side
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male/Female, 25-35 years old
Bachelor degree Mechani-cal/Electronic/Electrical
Business level English (Advanced conversational highest is ok too, if speaking is good enough)
knowledge of Six Sigma and statistical control to analyze data by completing hypothesis, normal distribution, and process capability analysis tests
Can visit customer in Korat 2-3days per a week
Effective report writing skill and presentation skill
Have initiative, logical thinking and can work under pressure
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Preferable:
Have experience in HDD(Hard desk drive) industry
Knowledge of Cleanliness control
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Phloen Chit
Working Hour: 8:00 - 17:30 (Mon – Fri) *May work 1-2times per year on Sats according to corporate calendar
