Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Support and coordinate with Sales team and factory in preparation of technical proposal/tender documents/clarifications with customer for PLC system, Control system, Motor and Drives requirements. - Support in documentation such as daily report, site service report and site work schedule. - Visit to End Users/Consultants/Contracters with Sales team or with Partners to present Company’s products and its specifications. - Provide precise and timely information to Sales team to review proposals for customers. - Secure customer satisfaction by overseeing all ongoing activities with the customer (Site executions and delivery). - Participate in the site work support to support our Field Service Engineer when needed. - Support and coordinate and/or attends trade shows and marketing/sales seminars as required. - Perform ad-hoc duties such as increasing the brand awareness of Company’s products and services to customers by promoting Company’s products to the market. - Educate customers on Company’s products and solutions. - Train Sales team to increase technical competences for Company’s offers. - Design and develop PLC control systems for Industrial Machines and Automation systems. - Program PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems. - Design and modify PLC drawings, Control logic, and Schematic diagrams.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Automation or Electrical Engineering. - At least 5 years of work experience as an Application Engineer. - English Conversational High level in writing, reading and listening to communicate with English-speaking counterparts. - Working experience in PLC system (Mitsubishi or Toshiba), Control system, Motor and Drives. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Knowledge of Communication Protocols (Ethernet, Modbus, CC-Link, Profinet, Profibus, TC-Net). <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Proficiency in Japanese or Chinese language will be an added advantage. - Experience in Paper & Pulp and Metals process is preferable.
