Work Outline In charge of doing after sales service, machine installation and maintenance, support technical term on trouble shooting.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Support sales team, distributor and end user for technical
Train for distributor and end user for our products as inverter, servomotor and MP controller
Inspection of assembled equipment, to ensure proper installation
Inspection of all operating parts to ensure proper operation within expected tolerances
Interact with internal and external project managers during field projects
Able to determine tools and equipment required to perform scope of job
Perform routine maintenance on equipment, and assist in establishing preventative maintenance schedules with customer
Assemble, align, and install equipment as necessary
Visit clients in industrial area and Myanmar, Cambodia (if necessary)
Other task as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male/female, Age 23-30 years
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related filed
At least 1 year experience in Inverter, Servo Drive or mechatronics filed
Experience in service engineer in same industry
Have knowledge in part of Servo, Inverter, PLC Controller and basic of electronics
Have basic skill in PLC
English conversational level
Have driver’s license
Good communication & negotiation skill
Preferable Skill / Experience
Experience in trainer for customer or distributor
Working experience in competitors
Languages skills

Working Hour: 8:40 – 17:40 (Mon – Fri)
