Work outline: Responsible for coordination tasks with related parties and user support role.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

Ø  Can do and Leader System analysis work (check error, dispatch, escalate incident to proper parties regarding procedure and protocol).                           

Ø  Can do and leader User support (1st line investigate and troubleshooting inquires and request from customer, escalate to proper parties if necessary).                               

Ø  Create analysis document for the customer and management and explain customer manager.                    

Ø  Coordinate and negotiate with all related parties (customer, internal team, other div. etc.) to process and fulfill operation and project.                                           

Ø  Lead Operation and report manager periodically and improve operation & staff environment.      

 

Qualifications:

[Must]

Ø  Thai nationality, Male/Female, age between 25-35 years old

Ø  Bachelor's  or Master's degree in Japanese, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunication Engineering, Business Computer or related fields.

Ø  Experience between 0-5 years in IT support/ service desk, Call Center or other related field.

Ø  Welcome fresh graduate candidate.

Ø  Knowledge of  Microsoft Operating Systems, IT Applications,  Information Security, Network & INFRA (Server related etc.) will be advantage

Ø  Proactive thinking with a "can do" attitude  

Ø  Strong problem solving. Service mind, and able to under pressure  

Ø  Availability to work in shift

Ø  Strong abilities to analyze and prioritize issues for problem resolution                         

 

Preferable:

Ø  Certificate of the following would be advantage; CISSP,  CCNA Security, CCNP Security.

Ø  Self-motivation and customer oriented

 

 

Language skills:

English: Advanced Conversational Level

Japanese: Advanced Conversational level (At least N2)

 

Workplace Area: BTS Phloen Chit

Working Hour: Shift, Morning shift: 7.30-16.30, Afternoon shift: 11.00-20.00, Night shift: 20.30-8.00*

(after 05.00 is OT)
