Application Consultant (ERP) @Rayong (50K-60K) (SDG-51190) <Job Responsibilities> Providing technical support to customer; answer customer questions, provide customer training, and resolve customer problems Supporting on troubleshoot existing software applications (ERP) Training user how to use the software efficiently Performing the technical matter for pre-sale (with sales staff) and after sales service.(in Rayong area and Bangkok) Gathering, analysis and understand the customer requirement and convert into functional application and workflow using key analytical skills. Working at client site (base in Eastern seaboard) approx.10 days/month or more and continue performing as pre-sales base in Bangkok office upon requested Other tasks assigned by manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 30-40 years old Bachelor’s degree 5 years’ experience as a Technical Support, Service, Application Engineer Proven experience of implementing ERP system (Module: Production planning/ Distribution/Sales Order/Inventory/Purchase) Able to communicate in English (Advances con mid) Own car <Preferable Skill / Experience> Live in Chonburi/Rayong area and able to commute to Bangkok office Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: Eastern seaboard industrial estate, Rayong Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri) About the Benefits Salary: 50,000–60,000THB About the company Products: Engineering Solutions/ Communication IT Solutions/Business Solutions/Financial Solutions Business Type: Software;General / IT Services
