AP Accountant (30K-40K) (JO-180507-161548)
Work outline: Responsible for accounting function focusing on AP accounting
(80% accounting, 20% Admin)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operation of account payable booking and payment processes
Review and verifying invoices to ensure correct calculation and sufficient supporting document
Prepare input vat monthly report
Prepare company taxation form (PND3,53,1,54 and PP.30,36 to submit to revenue Department
Ensure reviewing vendor payment complied policy for accuracy of payment process
Prepare analysis of accounts
Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
Coordinate task with JP management
Booking hotels/ car for the management
Support general administrative task
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Female, age 30-38 years
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting field
5-7 years of experience in accounting field
Willing to work every other Saturday
Good for MS office computer skill (Word, Excel)
Able to register accounting details; expenses, in English
Preferable:
CPD holder (plus)
Familiar with Japanese culture
Own car/ driving license ( for commute to work)
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: Ratchadaphisek, Bangkok
Working Hour: 08:30 – 17:30 (Mon to Saturday) *2 times off on Saturdays in a month
