Analyst (Energy and Power Plant) (45K-55K) (SDG-8462) <Job Responsibilities> Analyze business model, assist commercial arrangements, approach key stakeholders and identify risks of potential investees / projects Build and maintain financial projection and valuation models for each project At investment sourcing phase, the analyst will research project key inputs and verify market/project assumptions to perform valuation assessment Make Investment Committee material in power point presentation template Assist in execution work such as contract review, translation During monitor stage, analyst will track investee performance on a monthly basis At exit stage, provide insight on current valuation and key market benchmark Prepare investment proposals to clients (Repeating the same thing above) Conduct studies country by country (Thailand and CLMV) and market assessments in order to develop portfolio strategy Research on regulations and laws of each country in Thailand and CLMV Support Chief Representative Officer and Senior Investment Officer throughout the investment process from prospecting, due diligence, performance monitoring, portfolio management and exit Workplace Area: MRT Thailand Cultural Centre, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Monday to Friday) About the Benefits Salary: 45,000–55,000THB About the company Products: Energy infrastructure focused fund Business Type: Steel / Metal / Energy;
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, male/female, 25-32 years Bachelor's Degree At least 3 year experience in investment banking, investment analysis, project finance or credit analysis Good communication in English (writing and speaking) Strong skills in Microsoft power point and excel <Preferable Skill / Experience> None Languages skills English: Conversational level Japanese: None
