Airfreight Import Customer Service Division Manager
(40K-60K) (JO-180530-163698)
Duties & Responsibilities:
 Oversee and lead a team of all Air freight import customer service team
 Manage, monitor and optimize Air freight import customer service to ensure smooth delivery
 Maintain communication with consignee, carriers, operations and sales to secure correct documents
 Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face
 Providing help and advice to customers on company's products & services
 Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
 To visit customers regularly as per Sales policy and submit report on time
 Investigating and solving customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer service assistants or customer service officers
 Handling customer complaints or any major incidents
 Developing feedback or complaints procedures
 Issuing refunds or compensation report to top management & communicate to customers
 Analyzing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service
 Improving customer service procedures, policies and standards

Qualifications:
[Must]
 Thai Nationality , Male/Female, 30-40 years old
 Bachelor's degree in Business, Economic, International Business, Logistics
 At least 6 years experienced in Air freight Customer Service import from Freight Forwarder or Logistic
 At least 2 years in managerial skill in team management
 Have record of continuous employed by same company
 Smooth communicate both inside and overseas
 Good computer skills to support all analyze reports (Outlook, Advance Excel , PowerPoint)
 Able to visit customer by own car , own drive
 Able to work on Saturday
