Work outline: In charge of Customer Service, manage a team, handle complaint’s case

Duties & Responsibilities:

Ø    Providing help and advice to customers on company's products & services    
Ø    Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face    
Ø    Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers    
Ø    Producing written information for customers. Good with computer software skills    
Ø    Visiting customers regularly as per Sales policy and submit report on time    
Ø    Investigating and solving customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer service assistants or customer service officers    
Ø    Handling customer complaints or any major incidents    
Ø    Developing feedback or complaints procedures    
Ø    Issuing refunds or compensation report to top management & communicate to customers    
Ø    Analyzing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service    
Ø    Improving customer service procedures, policies and standards

Qualifications:
[Must]

Ø    Thai Nationality, Male/female, ages 30-38 years old
Ø    Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economic, International Business, Logistics
Ø    At least 5 years experienced in Airfreight import for Freight Forwarder or Logistics    
Ø    Excellent in English with toeic more than 600 scores or equivalent    
Ø     At least 2 years in managerial skill in team management    
Ø     Have record of continuous employed by same company.    
Ø     Smooth communicate both inside and overseas.    
Ø     Good computer skills to support all analyze reports (Outlook, Advance Excel , Powerpoint)    
Ø    Able to visit customer

 Working Hour: 08:30 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri) , 09:00 - 13:00 (every Sat)
