Air & Sea Freight Specialist (Sales Manager Level) (60K-75K) (SDG-82997) ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการขนส่งทางอากาศและทางทะเล (ระดับผู้จัดการฝ่ายขาย) <Job Responsibilities> - Manage strategic customer and develop new shared up business. - To generate new business and new customer according to assignment and vertical he/she is belong. - Hunting, develops and maintain sales targets (volume) , assigned customer and business plan for assigned trade lane (TPEB, EUWB, SEO, India subcon/ Middle East / Africa) in accordance with the company's strategy - Formulates and coordinates development opportunities between local and oversea sales counterpart - Engage local Sales force by identifying opportunities on assigned trade lane(s), launching and managing Sales campaigns on assigned trade lane(s) for both air and sea-freight - Identify desired customer segments, freight characteristics or business barriers and coming up with possible business strategies or enhancements to providing key knowledge about overall market trends. - Provides selling tools for assigned lanes such as benchmarking and selling kit for Sales - Plan and conduct sales calls and joint-sales calls in collaboration with all sales channels, including face-to-face meetings with customers and developing a robust pipeline to meet the budget, the trade lane strategy and pro-actively works on service/price innovation to increase business - Analyses market conditions on key trade lanes pricing/service development and acts as consultant and subject matter expert to Sales - Gather business intelligence from customers, sales teams and other sources to identify opportunities resulting in pipeline development and strategic action plans on identified High-Value-Targets (HVT).
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skills / Experiences> - Thai nationality, Male, Female, 30-40 years old - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Logistics, or a related field - At least 5 years sales experience in Sales Freight Forwarding business. - Positive and Proactive mind - Fluent in English, both of written and spoken - Management level - Own car and driving license are a must <Details> - Good personality - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Dedication to providing great customer service - Strong negotiation, decision problem solving and interpersonal skills - Having good of leadership skill and ability to motivate, management sales team <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Immediate or quick to start working is preferred.
