Work outline: Overall of Air freight reservation
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Getting an information from customers when you receive invoice and packing list
Ø Checking CNEE name , trade term
Ø Create HAWB into Daily planning and UFS
Ø Cooperate with transportation team for pick up cargo as customer 's instruction
Ø Send Pre-alert to destination office and attach shipping document
Ø Avoid and reduce any extra cost by human error
Ø Must carefully use company asset and in good maintenance
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, male/female, age 27-38 years
Ø Bachelor’s degree
Ø At least 3 years experienced in Air Freight/ Cargo / Freight Forwarder / Logistic or any related field
Ø Understand processes of Book space, Air Freight
Ø Service Mind and Good in Negotiable
Preferable:
Ø Able to start working immediately
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: MRT Ratchadapisek
Working Hour: 8.30 – 18.00 (Mon-Fri) , 9.00 – 12.00 (Sat twice a month)
