Job Description

Air Freight Reservation Specialist (55K-70K) (SDG-82485)
ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการจองขนส่งทางอากาศ

<Job Responsibilities>
•	Process management & airlines procedures preparation, Charter flight.	
•	Ensure sufficient space & capacity supply and promptly air cargo arrangement to meet customer's expectations.
•	Liaise with core carriers’ partner, strategic carriers’ partner on space bookings & rates negotiation.			
•	Handling of cargo claims with customers & airlines.			
•	Liaises closely with overseas offices for gateway business (Transit shipment, etc.)	
•	Analyse profit & loss reports, root cause and recovery solution as necessary.	
•	Daily checking of cargo booking & reservation and ad-hoc rates negotiation to ensure that cost is competitive & profitability and cargo space reserve efficiency for meet with customer satisfaction.	
•	Supervise & review process of cargo reservation, ensure the consolidation efficiency is always performed on daily, weekly, monthly basis.	
•	Prompt action & response with airlines in case of their service quality cannot meet customer's satisfaction and/or when irregularity occurred.				
•	Monitor & follow up claim process with airlines when damage occurred.	
•	Share knowledge, suggest, and provide the solution as well as enhance co-worker, subordinates to work efficiency.
•	Always review work procedure (KAIZEN), including of automation related internal system in order to shorten/reduce/improve/ and develop cargo knowledge.			
•	Regular meeting with other related department to ensure proper compliance and smoothly operations flow & process.				                            

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skills / Experiences>
-	Thai nationality, Male, Female, 35-45 years old
-	Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economic, International Business, Logistics, or related fields.
-	Minimum 5-8 years working experience in air freight forwarding industry, customs operations.
-	Good knowledge of Thai customs regulation, Air freight forwarder business.		
-	Good command of English, both of written and spoken.
