Air Business Sales Manager (100K–170K) (SDG-116868) <Job responsibilities> Business Development - Expand air freight business both domestically and internationally through effective sales strategies. - Identify and attract new clients in the freight forwarding, warehousing, and supply chain industries. - Build and maintain Strong relationships with clients and business partners. Logistics Solutions: - Provide tailored logistics solutions, including air and sea freight, cross-border transportation, and special project cargo. - Collaborate with global teams to develop new business opportunities. Sales Target Achievement: - Achieve Sales targets and analyze market trends to develop Sales strategies. - Negotiate pricing and service terms with transportation providers. Tendering and Quotations: - Manage the tendering process by preparing competitive proposals and bids. - Analyze quotations and develop pricing strategies for optimal profitability. Company Representation: - Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to expand business networks. - Develop new air freight customers through field Sales and network sales. - Manage and expand relationships with existing customers to identify new business opportunities. - Analyze market trends and Provide strategic recommendations to Management for increasing market share. - Collaborate with global and regional Sales teams to participate in multi-lane bidding. - Communicate effectively in English to engage with target customers. - Approach Thai and foreign customers for relocation and removal services. - Estimate personal effects for both Thai and foreign customers. - Prepare quotations and respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing and charges. - Coordinate between customers and operations staff to ensure smooth planning and execution. *Target revenue achievement: 10M-15M per month New Business Development 90%
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 32 - 45 years old - Bachelor's degree - Bachelor's degree in any field. - Minimum 10 years of experience in air freight forwarding sales. (Air Freight) - Experience in business development within the air freight forwarding industry. - Solid Management skills with the ability to Handle customer and operational challenges. - Conversational High level of English (both written and spoken) - Experience in tendering, Quotation analysis, and pricing strategies. - Strong new business development and client acquisition skills, with a track record of closing high-value deals. - Highly self-motivated with a proactive Approach to business development. - Excellent negotiation, strategic planning, and project Management skills. - In-depth knowledge of customs regulations and international trade compliance. - Motivation to achieve the individual target: 10M-15M per month <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Korean language skills are a plus.
