After Service Engineer

วิศวกรบริการหลังการขาย
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Visit clients regularly to provide after service regarding to technical matters
• Get inquiry from client and find problems and make some solutions
• Deal with inquiry about QAQC of products
• To cooperate with sales to provide fast and good service to their client
• To support sales activity by assisting sales and provide useful information to client
• Other duties assigned by management
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 25-30 years
• Bachelor's degree in engineer field
• At least 3 years of working experience as service engineer or related in motorcycle industry
• Advanced conversational high level of English for internal communication and Branch in overseas
• Be able to read and understand the drawing (motorcycle part) which is created by CAD
• Must have own car for commuting and visit client
• Business level of English with TOEIC score 600 up
• Having experience of dealing with Europe motorcycle company

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•เยี่ยมชมลูกค้าเป็นประจำเพื่อให้บริการหลังการเกี่ยวกับเรื่องทางเทคนิค
•รับการสอบถามจากลูกค้าและค้นหาปัญหาและแก้ไขปัญหา
•จัดการกับคำถามเกี่ยวกับ QAQC ของผลิตภัณฑ์
•ร่วมมือกับฝ่ายขายเพื่อให้บริการที่รวดเร็วและดีแก่ลูกค้า
•เพื่อสนับสนุนกิจกรรมการขายโดยการช่วยเหลือการขายและให้ข้อมูลที่เป็นประโยชน์แก่ลูกค้า
•หน้าที่อื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากฝ่ายบริหาร
ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 25-30 ปี
•ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกร
•มีประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 3 ปีในตำแหน่งวิศวกรบริการหรือเกี่ยวข้องกับอุตสาหกรรมรถจักรยานยนต์
•สนทนาภาษาอังกฤษระดับสูงสำหรับการสื่อสารภายในและสาขาในต่างประเทศ
•สามารถอ่านและทำความเข้าใจรูปวาด (ชิ้นส่วนรถจักรยานยนต์) ซึ่งสร้างโดย CAD
•ต้องมีรถยนต์เป็นของตนเองในการเดินทางและเยี่ยมลูกค้า
•ระดับภาษาอังกฤษธุรกิจด้วยคะแนน TOEIC 600 ขึ้นไป
•มีประสบการณ์ในการติดต่อกับ บริษัท รถจักรยานยนต์ในยุโรป
