Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Plan and manage customer service cases in accordance with the company’s policies. - Supervise the work of staff in the department, such as repairs, installation, and providing guidance. - Ensure that employees perform their duties in line with the set targets. - Provide technical advice and product knowledge to relevant staff and customers using engineering knowledge. - Report service issues or handle customer complaints. - Control spare parts inventory and report on stock storage.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering or Electroic Engineer) - At least 2 year of work experience in Service Engineer and Maintanence Engineer - Experience in service-related work related to electrical / electronic products and circuit boards - Conversational Low level in English, Can handle simple communication such as self-introduction - Good communication skills and a calm/patient personality <Perferable skill> - Conversational high in Japanese (N1,N2)
