<Job Responsibilities> - Technical support specializes to ASPs (Authorize service partner) and Information Center Team on Sure Press/Color Label products - Advisor for any technical knowledge concerns and continue to be monitoring their technical skill - Support spare parts refurbish process for all product concern. - Regular monitor spare part usage and forecast system
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s/ master’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics or Computer Engineering - At least 2 years experiences repair/maitenance/technical service on printer products - Good in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint Word, PowerPoint) - Have an own car and driver license (for onsite tecnical support) - Conversational High in English (report to Singaporean, Engage Regional Headquarters for technical related matters or training etc.) - Able to work with diverse nationality & culture as well as cross function collaboration, in other words must be a good team-player. - Good in Presentation skills - Able to travel domestic and travel aboard <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Direct experience from color label printer.
