Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> 1) Advertising Sales for Owned Media - Conduct B2B sales activities to promote advertising placements on the company’s owned media platforms - Approach corporate clients, identify their needs, and propose tailored advertising plans - Coordinate advertising terms, content, and schedules in collaboration with internal stakeholders - Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents - Other assigned tasks 2) Proposal-Based Sales for Project Acquisition - Collect and research information on publicly tendered projects issued by government agencies and related organizations - Review tender documents and specifications, and organize project requirements - Develop proposals and planning documents to secure project contracts - Deliver presentations to government agencies and relevant stakeholders - Manage the entire sales process through to project award (contract acquisition is the final goal) - Other assigned tasks
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in marketing or any related fields - At least 5 years' experience as advertising sales in Advertising or Marketing Consulting company - Business level of Japanese (N2 up, communicate with Japanese agency and representative from the Japanese government) - Conversational middle level of English (Document and e-mail main) - Presentation skills with Microsoft PowerPoint - Person who is creative and proactive <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Fluent level of Japanese
