About this Job
Work outline: Responsible for all administration task; coordination and documents.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Welcome guests and answering, transferring and screening all incoming calls as appropriate
Ø Assist/Accompany Expat staff for Government contact (interpreter)
Ø Receiving and distributing internal & external mail/packages
Ø Managing car pool reservations for company staff
Ø Being the focal point for company drivers and related documents
Ø Assisting in some travel arrangements including roaming package, air ticket & hotel bookings
Ø Assisting in dealing with some office supplies including office mobiles, stationery, and ensuring office supplies are well prepared.
Ø Handling any other administrative duties as assigned.
Ø To liaise with and give information to staff as and when required.
Ø Responsible for the day-to-day administrative functions of company
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Female, age 22-30 years old
Ø Bachelor's Degree
Ø At least 1-2 years of experience as administer or any related role. (Preferably from similar industry)
Ø Must be Well organized and can work independently & as a team
Ø Good knowledge computer skill
Ø Good command of both spoken and written English
Preferable:
Ø Having experience in driver arrangement will be an advantage.
Ø Pleasant and approachable person with a positive attitude.
Ø Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
Ø Able to do multi-task.
Ø Living location close to the office
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversation Level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: Shuttle Van service from BTS Saphan Kwai or MRT Kam-paeng Phet
Working Hour: Mon-Fri 8.30 -17.30
