Administrator (Chief) (25K-30K) (SDG-39960) <Job Responsibilities> Support sales related tasks to report line and sales staff for smooth business Responsible for client coordination for Distributor registration in the system, Distributor/ Seller change, any Accounting related information changes etc. Responsible for document related tasks Monitor budget, sales information, inventories and key in to the system Issue Purchase order, Quotation to support sales Coordinate between warehouse (located in Chachoengsao), sales person and clients for smooth products support Other tasks assigned by report line
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality , Female, age 27-35 years old Bachelor Degree At least 3 years’ experience as Admin, Sales Coordinator (At least 1-2 years’ experience from FMCG, Modern Trade, Retailer, Distributor business) Experience in setting up of vendor registration, invoicing, and other admin procedure. Understand in retail business Good English Language skills (mainly for document tasks) Proficient in MS office <Preferable Skill / Experience> Working experience in Japanese company or coffee industry Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: MRT Ratchadamri, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Mon-Fri) About the Benefits Salary: 25,000–30,000THB About the company Products: Manufacturing and sales of coffee and machines related coffee and managing operation of coffee shop.
