Work outline: In charge of admin tasks 


Duties & Responsibilities:

 Handle of Work permit and Visa of expatriate.

 Manage of stationary, appliances, office cleanliness

 Government Contact

 Prepare documents as per factories requested.

 Supervise of receptionists, driver and messenger.

 Handle of shareholder and share registration.

 Arranging meeting room.

 Translate documents as per Management requested.

 Booking rooms and travel arrangements.

 Co-ordinate and facilitate with all departments and outside persons.

 Other job that requested by Managements


Qualifications:

[Must]

 Thai nationality, Male/female, age 25-35 years

 Bachelor’s degree in any related field 

 At least 3 year experience in administrative role.

 Computer literacy (Excel, MS words)

 In depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedure as well as technical vocabulary or relevant industry


Preferable:

 Friendly, flexible attitude and interpersonal skill

 Japanese skill


Languages skills 

English: Advanced Conversational level

Japanese: Preferable 


Workplace Area: BTS Chongnonsi 

Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:00 (Monday-Friday) (*Some Saturday 9:00-12:00 according to company regulation)
