Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> Interpretation & Translation 30% - Provide interpretation between Japanese management and Thai staff during meetings, discussions, and daily communication. - Occasionally assist with English–Japanese communication when necessary. - Translate internal documents, reports, emails, and company announcements accurately and promptly. Administrative Support 70% - Assist Japanese management with day-to-day administrative tasks, including preparing reports and business or personal documents (e.g., 90-day reports, air ticket bookings). - Coordinate between Japanese management and Thai staff to ensure smooth communication and workflow. - Prepare meeting materials, maintain schedules, and handle filing and documentation. - Support internal coordination and communication across departments. - Handle Thai employee welfare and benefits administration. - Coordinate logistics for meetings, visitors, and company events.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in Japanese, Business Administration, or a related field. - At least 1 year of experience in Admin or a related field. - Fresh graduates are welcome - Japanese Conversational high level (JLPT N2 - N3) for communication with report line - English conversational high level for communication with the report line document and email - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). <Details> - Good organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Knowledge of Thai labor law or HR administration is an advantage.
