Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> 1. Accounting & Finance 70% - Manage monthly payment processes and prepare accounting documents for submission to the accounting firm. - Record expenses and invoices using accounting software. (FlowAccount) - Prepare internal monthly reports (Cost & Sales reports and Cashflow forecast report). - Review and verify all accounting-related documentation. - Control invoices and ensure timely submission to customers in compliance with their requirements. - Coordinate with accounting and audit firms. HRGA task 30% 2. Administration & Procurement - Communicate and coordinate with suppliers and business partners. - Purchase and manage office supplies. 3. Human Resources & Compliance - Handle documentation related to HR processes. - Submit visa and work permit applications for expatriate employees. 4. General Support - Assist with other tasks as requested by team members or assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in any field is related - At least 3 years of work experience in Accounting, General Affairs, or Admin from any industry - Have experience in managing monthly payment processes (Issue Invoice, Billing Payment Request, Payment Processing, Record & Reconciliation, etc.) - Conversational High Level in Japanese for communicating with the Japanese report line and reporting to the Japanese management - Conversational Middle Level in English for communicating with headquarters and the aboard team, emails, and document tasks. - JLPT N2 up <Details> - Positive attitude - Time management skills - Learn new things and like challenges <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in Accounting - Can start working immediately - Experience in a Consulting business
