Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Perform a variety of administrative tasks, such as office supplies, drinking water, tissue paper, stationery, maid, drivers, guests and visitors, and other general affairs. - Support HR tasks about employee welfare and benefits such as employee commuting vans, uniforms, hotel booking, transportation arrangement, etc. - Coordinate with external departments regarding employee welfare such as hospital, hotel, SSO, training institutes, insurance. - Coordinating with recruitment agency for recruitment activity process. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. - Employee's time attendant management - Manage for Visa, Work permit (using outsourced) - Be an Interpreter in several meetings (Japanese <-> Thai language) - Documents translation and Japanese support/ coordinator as assigned - Coordinate with Japanese Management as assigned. - Support other assignments.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Fresh Graduate or experience in Human Resources(General Corporate, Compensation and Benefit, Time Management, Social Insurance), Administration, General Affairs, Interpreter, Secretary field - Conversational High to Business level in Japanese language (report with JP MD, Interpreting, Translating, Internal coordinator, etc.) - Holding JLPT N3 Certificate or above - Conversational Middle level of English (Able to write English Email, English Report etc.) - Computer skills, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email - Work well under pressure, service-minded with a positive attitude - Challenging and flexible mindset for job scope <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Immediately or early join a candidate - Experience related to Employee Welfare, Perform a variety of administrative tasks, Time Attendance, Visa-Work permit, etc. - Having knowledge about labor laws and internal controls - Have experience related to ISO 9001, 14001 - Working/studying in Japan experience
