Work outline: performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Responsible for overall secretary tasks to support the manager and other members as well as supporting Human Resource and General Affairs activities
Duties & Responsibilities:

Ø Giving administrative support to people within the office as a General administrator Ø Managing and routing office communications, letters and documents Ø Preserving office supply records Ø Ensure the smooth running of the office Ø Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management Ø Perform data entry and scan documents Ø Run company’s errands to post office and office supply store Ø Maintaining office environment and Ø Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries Ø Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails Ø Schedule and coordinating meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managing Director Ø Managing electronic and printed files Ø Handling guests and clients Ø Complete special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging and meeting schedules; monitoring results Ø Maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all position Ø Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers in candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes. |
Ø Monitoring and record employee’s attendance and reporting to Managing Director
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/Female , age 22-28 years
Ø Bachelor's degree
Ø Fresh graduates are welcome
Ø Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Ø Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Ø Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint in particular)
Ø Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Ø Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Ø Critical thinking and strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level

Workplace Area: (BTS) Asok/ (MRT) Sukhumvit
Working Hour: 9:00 – 18:00 (Mon – Fri)
