Work Outline: Support admin tasks and support Japanese staff
Duties & Responsibilities:
Full Function of Visa and Work permit Process for Japanese Expat, 90 days notification, Termination, Control and monitoring schedule of visa and work permit and etc.
Coordination about Japanese Expat ‘s apartment contract
Process full function about Domestic and Oversea Trip such as Visa Application, Booking ticket, hotel, Process documents to informing at Labor Office and etc.
Other jobs assigned by Supervisor.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Female only , Age 25-30 years old
Bachelor Degree in any filed.
Experience 2 years up in Administration Fields
Computer literacy especially in MS. Office (Especially Excel)
Good command of both written and spoken English (TOEIC scores 600 up)
and Japanese Language N3 up
Accurate, Honestly, Good personality, human relation skills and teamwork oriented.
Strong service mind, good interpersonal skill, outgoing personality, energetic with strong negotiation, communication & coordination skills both verbal and non-verbal with ability to work under pressure.
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level (TOEIC 600 scores up)
Japanese: Advanced conversational level (N3)
Workplace Area: Near Suvarnabhumi air-port
Working Hour: 8.00 – 17.00 (Monday – Friday) (Saturday 8 days per year)
About the Benefit
Salary: 20,000 – 22,000 THB negotiable
