Job Description
• To perform as a receptionist and an assistant in administration department, to provide clerical service and administrative support related to admin. Dept. and other assignment will be assigned by supervisors. • Deal with external related to company asset • Provide clerical service and administrative tasks • Deal with external and internal relate to company event • Handle the documents related with Company asset (Meeting room, Office equipment, Building, recheck company's new asset) • Coordinate with team to building and maintaining a positive image for company • Handle the documents related with admin transaction • Other tasks as assigned Workplace Area: Nongkham, Sriracha Chonburi Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri (Saturday 2 days/month)) Salary: 21,500–26,500THB
Job Requirement
• Age 24-30 years • Bachelor’s Degree • At least 2 years experience as administration role in manufacturing industry. • Advance conversational middle level of English • Be able to use Microsoft Office program Languages skills • English : Conversational • Japanese : None
