Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Coordinate expatriate accommodation, relocation, and education-related arrangements - Manage budgets for expatriate welfare and general administrative expenses - Verify medical expense claims and reimbursement documentation - Perform general administrative duties such as business card preparation and internal surveys - Manage company assets including mobile phones - Process payments and allocate expenses accurately - Coordinate with external vendors for visa and work permit processes - Other tasks assigned by Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor’s degree - At least 2 years of experience in administration, HR support, or general affairs - JLPT N2 level or equivalent Japanese (internal communication with Japanese expatriates) - Conversational high level of English (internal and external communication) - Knowledge of expense reimbursement, budget control, and documentation processes - Strong coordination and communication skills <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in expatriate welfare or administrative coordination - Experience coordinating visa and work permit processes
