<Job Responsibilities> - Coordinate expatriate accommodation, relocation, and education-related support - Manage and control budgets related to welfare and administrative expenses - Verify medical reimbursement claims - Handle general administrative duties such as business card preparation and surveys - Manage company assets, including mobile phones - Process payments and manage expense allocation - Support visa and work permit coordination with external vendors - Other tasks assigned by the Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor’s degree - 5 years of experience in administration, HR support, or related fields - Conversational high level of English or above (for internal and external communication) - Knowledge of reimbursement processes and expense management - Strong coordination and communication skills <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in expatriate welfare or administrative coordination
