Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - To be responsible for overall administration and human resource management functions - To handle recruitment, resignation, employee contracts, and general affairs tasks - To plan and follow up on training programs based on departmental needs - To manage CSR activities and coordinate with both internal and external parties - To set up, implement, and supervise the company's regulations compliance with labor laws - To oversee payroll, purchase, petty cash, tax, SSF, PVD, and employee loan processes - To support labor audits and compliance with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.) - To prepare reports and documentation related to HR & GA functions for Management - Other tasks as assigned by the Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Political, or any related field - At least 8 years of Experience in Admin, Human Resource Management, and General Affairs from Manufacturing - At least 5 years of Experience in management with subordinates - Experience in labor audits, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or similar systems. - Experience in Purchasing, payroll, petty cash, SSF, PVD, tax, or loan management - Conversational High Level in English (Communicate with Japanese Management, report, email, and other documents) - Proficiency in all Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and business presentations <In Details> - Mature personality with strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Able to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities under pressure. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Know labor law and have familiarity with labor union committees - Experience in a Japanese Company - Experience in a Textile Company - TOEIC score above 600
