Along with monitoring work, evaluating work, and providing feedback to the team. - Provide advice and regulations. Employee discipline and staff problems As well as resolving concerns about labour law or executives.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource , BBA. or any related field. - At least 7 years up in Admin or Human Resource in any manufacture company. - Has 3 years up management experience as Assistant - Manager level. - Has knowledge of safety & environment function both in ISO and IATF system. - Advance conversation in English & Japanese . middle level. - Proficient in Microsoft Office program. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Able to start working immediately. - Has experience in Automotive company will be advantage..
