Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage document delivery, mail, parcels, telephone services, and coordination with government authorities - Purchase and control office supplies, equipment, and consumable materials - Manage meeting rooms, common areas, visitor reception, and company events - Develop and maintain administrative procedures, regulations, and work-related documents - Plan and supervise housekeeping services to ensure cleanliness of offices, restrooms, meeting rooms, and common areas - Prepare work schedules, monitor service quality, and control the use of cleaning materials - Manage hygiene, waste disposal, and pest control - Plan vehicle schedules and assign tasks to company drivers - Monitor vehicle usage, fuel costs, toll fees, and mileage records - Manage vehicle tax, insurance, compulsory insurance (Por Ror Bor), and vehicle inspections - Plan vehicle maintenance and follow up on accidents or vehicle damage - Monitor the condition and availability of building facilities including electrical systems, water supply, air conditioning, elevators, restrooms, and drainage systems - Manage parking areas, fences, gates, security systems, and CCTV - Coordinate with contractors and external service providers for inspections, repairs, and maintenance - Monitor and control the use of electricity, water, and other utilities to ensure efficient usage - Prepare monthly and annual Preventive Maintenance (PM) plans - Receive maintenance requests, identify issues, and follow up until completion - Maintain records of building equipment and facilities, including maintenance history - Inspect completed work by contractors and control quality, timeline, and safety - Prepare and manage maintenance budgets and building improvement projects - Manage fire prevention systems, emergency exits, emergency signs, and fire extinguishing equipment - Ensure contractors follow the company's safety rules and requirements - Manage relevant licenses, service contracts, and required building inspections and certifications - Support ISO activities, internal audits, and inspections by external authorities - Manage the administration team, housekeeping staff, drivers, building technicians, and external contractors - Set team goals, evaluate performance, and develop team members - Prepare and control the administration and building maintenance budgets - Prepare reports on expenses, issues, and work progress for management
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 7 years of work experience in Administration and Facility Management (3 years of experience in a supervisory or management position with subordinate) - Basic knowledge of building systems and Preventive Maintenance (Ability to manage contractors, budgets, and support staff) - Conversational middle in English <Details> - Good coordination, problem-solving, and follow-up skills - Good command of Microsoft Office and report preparation <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience in a factory, warehouse, or ISO system would be an advantage
