Handle and Control Administration Section (HRM, HRD and General Affair)
Handle and Conduct of KPI of Section and Make Action plan for active target
Make Yearly plan and Yearly budget of section
Conduct of Wage increase and Bonus job
Conduct of Payroll job
Monthly Report to Management.
Conduct of MOI job, General yearly Tax, Japanese salary and Tax, Update Document Company with Government
Support company activity as Kaizen, 5S, ISO/TS16949, ISO14001
All assignment from Direct Superior and Top Management
Development and Improvement Administration job
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age 35-45 years
Bachelor's Degree in Management , Human resource or any field
At least 8 years’ experience in Administration job in manufacturing
Able to operate Excel, Word and other job-related application programs.
Good responsibility and have leadership skill
Good Service mind and Punctual
Have training experience ISO 14001 and ISO/TS 16949
Preferable Skill / Experience
Experience in wire harness business
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: Advanced Conversational Level (Prefer)
Workplace Area: Prachin buri
Working Hour8:00 -17:00 (Mon-Fri)
