Duties & Responsibility:
* Responsible for Visa and work-permit issue for company’s foreign employees
* Handle and manage employees’ social security insurance issue, including coordinate with local social security insurance office
* Cooperate with local bank for company’s general banking issue
* In charge of internal purchasing, office material
* In charge of work place physical environment
* Assist department manager for other admin task as assigned
Qualification:
[MUST]
* Female, Thai Nationality age not over 35 years old
* Bachelor Degree in Business administration or any related field
* 1 or 2 year of working experience in administrative or HR field
* Good command of English
[PREFER]
* Experience in multinational organization is advantage
* Strong in team work and cooperation
Languages skills:
* English: Business Level (Business, TOEIC:700 or over)
