Work Outline Responsible for all administration task
Duties & Responsibilities:
Summary of documents to submit to accounting firm
Issuance of receipt (it can be issued by SAP system)
Company guest/visitors reception (parking facility, coffee arrangement)
Perform and manage daily requisition from internal departments in order to smoothen operations such as insufficient consumables
Inventory control and ordering office equipment
Communication with company car driver
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Female only , age 22-50 years
Bachelor’s Degree in any field
English and Japanese conversational level
Fresh graduate is welcome
Preferable Skill / Experience
Experience as administration, secretary, interpreter or translator, etc.
Languages skills
English: Conversational level
Japanese: Conversational level
Workplace Area: BTS Asok
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri)
