Work Outline: Responsible for all administration for support back office and VISA/Work Permit support
Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform purchasing function of office supply; paper & stationery, copier ink, company corporate form, company stamp/employee stamp, drink & beverage, utensils, sundry, etc.
Perform purchasing fixed assets: furniture, PC, office desks & tables, copier, etc.
Perform basic office housekeeping work such as office insurance, cleaning services, security system services, plant arrangement, office/equipment repair & maintenance
Monitoring courier services & messenger services
Make hotel & travel arrangement; buy air ticket, booking rental car, etc.
Liaise with Landlord for all correspondence related to office administration issues; pricing negotiation, office rental contract, infrastructure disruption, office repair, parking facility, mailbox facility, etc.
Company guest/visitors reception (parking facility, coffee arrangement)
Perform and manage daily requisition from internal departments in order to smoothen operations such as insufficient consumables
Perform and administer special event; party arrangement, gift requisition, annual health check-up
Responsible to renew business contract; lease agreement, services agreement, etc.
Responsible to apply/maintain visa, work permit, tax ID card, SSF card, etc. for Japanese EXPAT
Liaise with Contractor for office renovation, office re-layout, tel point, lan point, etc.
Monitor & stock-taking of company fixed asset
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 24 - 40 years old
Graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
At least 1 year experience in administration
Good command of Japanese
Patience, diligence, honesty, responsibility, good personality and eloquent
Have basic e-mail response skill
Able to work over time
Have the ability to use Microsoft Office, Internet, and Outlook.
Preferable Skill / Experience:
Experience in Real Estate industry
Languages skills
English: None
Japanese: Business level (N2 – N1)
Workplace Area: BTS Phrom Phong
Working Hour: 9:00 – 18:00 (6 days off a month)

Salary: 40,000-50,000THB/Month Negotiable
