<Job Responsibilities > 1. Commercial Support: - Handle RFQ (Request for Quotation) and prepare quotations - Manage PO acknowledgements, SO (Sales Orders), and ROR (Report of Order Received) - Create Purchase Requests (PR), correct vendor quotations, and issue MCI (Memorandum to Create Invoice) - Coordinate invoice submission and follow-up with customers 2. Engineering Support: - Manage documentation and certification renewals (confined space, crane/forklift, contractor cards, medical certificates, etc.) - Support site activities such as travel, accommodation, and logistics arrangements 3. Administrative Support: - Maintain and update data records and master lists accurately - Ensure document control and timely reporting
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field (Business, Economics, or related fields preferred) - At least 2 years of work experience as a technical service administrator or Sales Support in the Machinery industry - Business level in English for communication with the Japanese report line and headquarters (TOEIC 700+) - Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS) - Knowledge of quotation and purchasing processes - Basic knowledge of sales and commercial transactions <Details> - Skilled in managing data and documentation requiring regular updates - Proactive, cooperative, and positive attitude - Responsible, detail-oriented, and dependable - Willing to learn and take initiative - Good communication and teamwork across different functions and nationalities - Confident in expressing ideas and engaging in cross-cultural communication <Preferable> - Familiar with the SAP system and Excel VBA
