Job Description
<Jop Responsibilities> - Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, golf, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations. - Manage and order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers. - Manage and control office asset (Copier, Printer, Company car, Mobile phone, Pocket Wifi) - Mobile device related work such as Contact the service provider to book an international roaming package/Order new phone/Wifi pocket. - Social security-related work such as Apply and control staff's social security benefit, expats TAX ID application. Etc - Arrange in-house and external activities (New year party, Staff outing, Staff health check, Gift basket, New year card) - Interpreting, translation and communication support - Maintain the record and company files (hard copy, electronic copy) - Supporting Japanese or Thai staff in related issues. - Control 90 days report for Japanese - Record employee Leave for Drivers, in the attendance System - Record summary leave days for Japanese and Thai staff in the Excel file. - Other task as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor Degree in any related field - At least 2 years as Admin or General Affair - Conversational High of English, use for document and speaking - Conversational High of Japanese, Able to communicate and write emails well. (JLPT N3+) - Good command of Outlook, MS word, MS Excel, <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Work experiences in Japanese Trading company - Have experience using software such as Bplus (Payroll, Times Attendant) <Personality> - Cheerful and cooperative, interpersonal skills, patient, diligent and responsible
