Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> 1. Accounting Part 70% - Responding to the monthly payment task - Compiling accounting documents before sending to the accounting firm - Recording expenses and invoices by using an accounting program (Flowaccount) - Preparing monthly reports, such as Cost & Sales reports, Cash Flow reports, etc. - Checking details of all documentation related to accounting - Invoice control and sending invoices to customers, following the customers’ regulations - Coordinate with the accounting firm and the audit firm 2. Admin and General Affairs Part 30% - Responding to all documentation related to human resources - Submitting a Visa and Work permit for expats via online - Purchasing and controlling office supplies - Coordinate with suppliers and other business partners 3. Supporting other tasks as requested by team members or assigned by a superior
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in any field is related - At least 8 years of work experience in General Affairs, Admin, or Accounting from any industry - Have experience in taking care of Accounting documentation (Cost & Sales reports, Cash Flow reports, Invoice, etc.) - Conversational High Level in Japanese for communicating with the Japanese report line and reporting to the Japanese management - Conversational Middle Level in English for communicating with headquarters and the aboard team, emails, and document tasks. - JLPT N3 up <Details> - Positive attitude - Time management skills - Learn new things and like challenges <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in Accounting - Can start working immediately - Experience in a Consulting business
