Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for implementing and developing HR procedures in accordance with Law and the company's policy
Carrying out the Personnel Administration (Attendance, Annual Leave, Permission, Medical Reimbursement, Warning Letter, etc.).
Responsible for recruitment, selecting including sourcing in several channel
Supporting HR & GA Manager in all job functions i.e. support training and staff development program
Updating the labor provisions and company Regulation.
Managing and supervising in the usage of Company’s Inventory; to prepare of employee’s loan, annual leave, medical/hospital reimbursement.
Supervising the Company’s documentations (especially the validity of the documents)
Managing and making payroll calculation, overtime and other tasks of Human Resources and General Affairs.
Controlling in payroll administration orderliness.
Other tasks as assigned
Qualification:
Desired skills & experiences:
Male or Female, age 25 - 45 years old
Thai Nationality Only
Bachelor’s degree in related field
Working experience as an admin staff with Japanese company for more than 3 years.
Good command in Japanese (JLPT N3)
[Prefer]
Working experience at Japanese company over 3 years in HR&GA field.
Good command in Japanese (JLPT N2 - N1)
Languages skills:
Japanese: Business Level (JLPT N3)
Workplace Area:Amphur Nongkhae Hemaraj Saraburi Industrial Land
Working Hour:Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:30 (2 Saturday per month)
