Purpose and objectives
Opportunity to challenge in this new business in Thailand
Able to utilize your secretary and admin skills
Responsibility:
Setup Manager's travel arrangements.
Setup accommodation and entertainment arrangements for company visitors.
Maintain Manager's calendar.
Prepare and maintain Manager's expense report.
Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
Answer telephones and handle in appropriate manner.
Meet and greet clients and visitors.
Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
Sign for Airborne packages.
Research, price, and purchase office furniture and supplies.
Coordinate project-based work.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualification:
[MUST]
Thai Nationality, Male & Female, Age not over 28 - 38 years old
Bachelor's degree in any related fields
Good command of English and coordinate skills
Proactive, dynamic, well organized, people person
Marketing knowledge/experience
PC skill (Microsoft office )
[Prefer]
1-3 years' experience working as secretary
Language Skill:
English: Business level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: (BTS) Asok/(MRT) Sukhmvit
Working Hour:Mon - Fri (8.30 – 17.30)
