Work Outline: In charge of HR&GA Department (Administration Tasks) and interpreter
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for all functions of Administrative Tasks and coordinate with management in relation to all General Affairs
Use Japanese to translate document or interpret in the meeting
Handle and manage employees’ social security insurance issue, including coordinate with local social security insurance office
Managing the administration function such as office management, company car & driver control, document filing, other general affairs
Prepare all the stationary and office goods in the company
Support accountant for prepare some document
Assist department manager for other admin task as assigned
Sometime have to contact with safety staff
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male/Female, Age 30-38 years
Bachelor Degree in any related field
Good command of English and Japanese (At least N3)
8-10 year of working experience in Administration
Good interpersonal skill
Have driving license and own car
Preferable Skill / Experience
Have knowledge about safety
Languages skills
English: Business Level (Toeic over 600)
Japanese: Advanced conversational Level (At least N3)
Workplace Area: Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 Mon-Fri
