Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> Ratio Image: Payroll calculation 50%, Others 50% • Prepare monthly payroll, including attendance, overtime, leave, deductions, and payroll data verification. • Process salary payments, payslips, bonuses, allowances, and employee reimbursement payments. • Support payroll tax filings such as P.N.D.1, year-end payroll tax documents, and 50 bis issuance. • Support visa, work permit, and 90-day report procedures for Japanese employees and assignees. • Coordinate with immigration, labor, social security, and other authorities for applications, renewals, and inquiries. • Handle enrollment, resignation, and changes for social security, health insurance, workmen's compensation, and other benefits. • Manage voluntary insurance contracts and respond to employee inquiries related to insurance and welfare. • Maintain employee records including contracts, bank accounts, personal data, and other administrative documents. • Arrange business trip bookings, office supplies, IT equipment, and coordinate with vendors and internal departments. • Support new store opening administration, company events, and other general affairs activities. • Handle confidential information properly and perform other ad hoc administration tasks as assigned. • Other duties assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 3 years of working experience of Payroll calculation, social security and PND practical experience. - Conversational middle level of English (For internal communication with Japanese members) - Management experience as leader or accounting manager - Detail-oriented, flexible, able to handle confidential information, and able to work independently - Be able to start working no earlier than May 1st. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Strong knowledge of Thai labor law and Thai tax law - Conversational high level of Japanese. - Working experience of payroll calculation in such companies as 200 employees
