Duties & Responsibilities:
Accounting
Handling company’s account receivable and account payable, Expenses and Payroll
Preparing Account Payable Report
Prepare company check
Preparing for Input VAT report and submitting to Revenue Department (PP.30)
Preparing for Withholding tax report (PND.3,53)
Handle social insurance procedures monthly
Other assignments as required by supervisor
Note: This Company use service of an accounting firm
Admin
Purchase office supply and others stuff in need.
Coordinate with vendors and other stakeholders such as accounting firm, Landlord and supplier.
Personal management, recruiting, training to new staffs.
Support MD such as documents.
Design and create process and documents to make operation more efficient
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 27-35 years
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related fields;
Having 1- 2 years of experience in accounting function
At least 5 – 6 years of experience in total.
Having experience in small sized Japanese company
Working experience in a company longer than 1.5 year
Details oriented, well-organized, and able to follow standard filing procedures; Computer literate: MS Windows, Office and familiar with accounting application;
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: none
Workplace Area: BTS :Phrom Phong
Working Hour: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 18:00
About the Benefit
Salary: 30,000 - 40,000 THB
