Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Responsible to all function of HR & Admin department
Ø In charge of Admin Manager for recruiting plan and company manpower strategy ( such as helping Japanese Vice President to interview the candidates )
Ø In charge of controlling company rules and regulation
Ø Managing the administration function such as office management, company car & driver control, document filing, other general affairs, including salary calculation (plan in future around 100 persons)
Ø Support HR function such as manage employee’s information and recruitment process
Ø Other task assigned by Vice President
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality , Male/female, 38-45 y.o
Ø Bachelor's Degree in any related fields
Ø Has experience or knowledge of HR &Admin in manufacturing
Ø At least 5-10 year’ experience in HR & Admin field
Ø Good negotiation and problem solving skill
Ø Good command of written and spoken English
Ø Good communication and interpersonal skill
Ø Able to do work under pressure
Ø Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office)
Languages skills
English: Advance Conversational Level (TOEIC 650)
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Ekkamai
Working Hour: Monday to Friday [8:30 – 18:00]
