Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Perform the range of HR & General Administrative functions including policies & regulation, staffing, compensation, payroll matters, recruitment and employee relations. - Implement HR policy and plan to reach with company's strategy. - HRM, manage all Human resource management. - Ensure company policies align with labor laws and regulations. - Handle workplace disputes and disciplinary actions. - Admin concern to all admin job Ex: Arrange working permit, residence visas, driving licenses of all foreigner and family, Provide stationery office equipment, control Maid and Driver, etc. - Planning, developing and implementing both of quality, environmental and safety strategies and policies throughout the organization.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in any related field - At least 6 years of experience an admin manager in a manufacturing or trading company - At least 5 years of member Management experience - Experienced in various aspects of HR, either one of Payroll, Visa & Work Permit, and Recruitment. - Conversational high level in English (For communication with Japanese Management email with overseas and some documents) - Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Knowledge of ISO 9001 or 14001 <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Able to start working immediately - Experience in Fastener product (Knot, screw, Electronic part)
