Work Outline: In charge of HRM & HRD functions and also admin tasks
Duties & Responsibility:
Recruiting, training and developing staff
Monitoring staff performance and attendance
Creating and filing application of work rules and regulations, Benefit programs, Welfare, Labor Regulation
Providing designing, developing and implementing trainings and development programs to improve employee's skills
Contacting with BOI for applying Visa and Work Permit
Arranging Company trip, Insurance and Support Japanese Employee
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Female Only, Age 30-35
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Over 3 years experiences in HRM and HRD
Good command in English or Japanese
[Prefer]
Working experience of recruiting IT engineers in IT company
Knowledge about payroll program
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversation
Workplace Area: Silom/Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17.30 (Mon – Fri)
