<Job Responsibilities> - Partly e-commerce website management - Support general administration tasks (while most core HR and administrative functions are handled by head office) - Manage company vehicle usage - Visit banks and government offices - Assist with attendance tracking and basic office operations - Assist in basic payroll preparation and data management for 4 local employees - Other Tasks Assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in any filed - At least 1 year of working experience back office in any field. *Fresh graduates welcome - Driving license - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Conversational high level of English (For communication with overseas location) - Expected personality: Work steadily and flexibly <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Knowledge in e-commerce - Business level of English
