Work outline: Manage and in charge of every process of Admin and HR department (Admin 60%, HR 30% , IT 10%)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Management of admin and all HR relevant job
Support of IT issues
Develop and enhance the organization according to HR duties
Design and set up HR system
Manage and process HR & Administrative works
Managing rules, regulations, and company’s policies
Manpower management
Employee relations
Training and development
Processing and preparing payroll, visa and work permit
Recruitment; supporting job posting process, evaluate job positions and job descriptions, draw up contract of employment, and giving notification of new joiners and workforce monthly report
Preparing and processing payroll, reviewing time sheet accuracy and tracking any special payroll deduction
Other relevant jobs as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male/female, Age 35-50 years
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in any field (Human resource back-ground is preferable)
Have personal car with driving license
Have IT knowledge
At least 5 years in human resource field or Admin field
Can communicate in Business English
Only Non-smoker.
Ability to work with team, punctuality and loyalty.
Living near working location or be able to move near working location

Workplace Area: BTS Udom Suk
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri)
About the Benefit
Salary: 50,000 – 55,000THB negotiable
