Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Collect documents for invoices, expense reports, payments, and other accounting work, and work with the accounting staff - Manage employee attendance, leave records, and employee information - Support procedures for new employees and employees who leave the company - Support visa and work permit procedures - Manage office supplies, equipment, contracts, and company documents - Communicate and coordinate with Japanese staff, Thai staff, and outside companies - Write emails, reports, and company documents in Japanese and English - Organize work processes and support the improvement of administrative work - Provide interpretation between Japanese staff, Thai staff, and business partners - Provide interpretation during internal meetings, customer meetings, and online meetings - Translate emails, meeting materials, company documents, contracts, and other documents - Manage the schedule of Japanese staff and arrange meetings and appointments - Prepare for meetings, contact related people, write meeting minutes, and follow up on action items - Arrange business trips, hotels, transportation, and business dinners - Welcome visitors and handle phone calls and emails - Share instructions from Japanese staff with related departments and check the work progress - Handle other administrative, interpretation, translation, and secretarial duties
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Conversation-level Japanese and English * Fresh graduates are also welcome. <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Having experience in general affairs, human resources, sales administration, or related work - Basic skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Business-level Japanese
