Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Prepare, organize, and maintain documentation to support internal and external audits (approximately 4–5 audits per year). - Ensure all required documents are accurate, complete, and ready within deadlines. - Coordinate with internal departments to collect and verify necessary information for audits. - Maintain proper filing systems (digital and physical) for compliance and traceability. - Support audit processes and assist auditors when required. - Monitor document validity, updates, and version control. - Perform general administrative tasks during non-audit periods (e.g., filing, reporting, coordination, office support). - Other assigned duties
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. - At least 1 year of experience in document control, audit support, compliance, or administrative roles. - Strong Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001. - Conversational Middle level of English (For Email, Documentation). - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). - Able to handle deadlines and work systematically <In detail> - Detail-oriented with good accuracy. - Able to coordinate with multiple departments. - Strong problem-solving and communication skills. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Can join immediately or on short notice - Experience at a Japanese company
